All Products sold on this Website are research-grade materials intended exclusively for laboratory research use by qualified professionals and are not approved for human or veterinary use. Products must not be used for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or medical condition. Any personal, human, animal, or other non-research use is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

Neurovia LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts of any User suspected of misuse, attempted misuse, diversion, or violation of applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms, including violations of FDA restrictions on research chemicals.

Users must ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety guidelines when handling, storing, or using our Products.

Neurovia LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to the misuse, unauthorized use, improper handling, improper storage, or unlawful application of its Products. This limitation does not apply to liability resulting from Neurovia LLC’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

All Products are labeled with molecular identity, batch number, and purity percentage, and are accompanied by Certificates of Analysis (“CoAs”) issued by independent third-party laboratories. CoAs reflect testing results at the time of manufacture and are provided solely for informational and quality-control purposes.

Neurovia LLC warrants only that Products shipped will conform to the specifications stated on the applicable CoA at the time of shipment when handled and stored in accordance with standard laboratory conditions. No other warranties are made or implied, and all Products remain subject to the warranty and liability disclaimers set forth in Article 3.

Customers must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from this Website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally permitted to purchase research compounds in your jurisdiction.

2.1 Legal Compliance Responsibility

The Company is not responsible for any consequences, liabilities, or regulatory actions resulting from the User’s possession, transportation, resale, or use of Products purchased from this Website.

The User is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of research compounds.

Upon carrier-confirmed delivery, responsibility for the Products—including all risks related to handling, storage, use, misuse, transport, and compliance with applicable laws—transfers fully to the User or their authorized agent. Neurovia LLC is not liable for any actions or consequences arising after carrier-confirmed delivery.

2.2 Gated Access & Customer Verification

Access to certain product pages and ordering features on the site is gated. Customers must confirm age (21+) and accept the “For Research Use Only” policy before browsing product details.

Checkout functionality is further gated by a Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification process that requires name, email, and mobile OTP login to ensure traceability and compliance.

Verified user accounts bypass repeat prompts and retain secure access to ordering features.

3. Disclaimers of Liability

Damages Cap

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEUROVIA LLC’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY PRODUCT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE USER FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY RESULTING FROM NEUROVIA LLC’S GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT.

3.2 No Guarantee of Results

While research studies may suggest potential applications for our Products, the Company makes no guarantees regarding research outcomes.

3.3 No Liability for Misuse

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Pricing & Fees

All prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

A credit card processing fee of 4% is applied to all credit card transactions to offset elevated merchant processing fees. The exact amount of this fee is displayed clearly at checkout before payment authorization, as well as on the order summary, invoice, and email confirmation.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.

4.3 Order Cancellation

Orders may be subject to cancellation if payment is not successfully processed.

5. Shipping

5.1 Shipping Terms

Domestic shipping options are available at checkout.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination, carrier, and shipping method selected.

Orders are processed and shipped within standard business hours. Delivery estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed.

5.2 Shipping Insurance

Customers may opt-in for shipping insurance at checkout to protect against loss, damage, or incorrect deliveries during transit.

Insurance must be selected at the time of purchase and cannot be added retroactively.

Without shipping insurance, Neurovia LLC is not liable for lost, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered shipments once transferred to the carrier and prior to delivery confirmation, except where such loss results from the Company’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Insurance coverage applies only while the shipment is in transit and before carrier-confirmed delivery.

After delivery is confirmed, all risks—including loss, theft, or misplacement—transfer to the recipient.

Claim Filing Deadlines

  • Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete shipments: within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

  • Lost shipments (undelivered): within 7 days of expected delivery date.

Required Documentation

  • Order number and tracking information.

  • Photos of damaged items, packaging, and labels.

  • Carrier confirmation or tracking showing non-delivery.

Coverage & Limitations

Compensation is limited to the original purchase value or replacement of item(s).

Insurance does not cover:

  • Improper storage or handling after delivery.

  • Tampered vials.

  • Theft after confirmed delivery.

  • Carrier delays.

  • Regulatory or customs holds.

Claim Processing

Claims will be reviewed within 5–10 business days.

Compensation may be issued as a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Insurance Fee Non-Refundable

Shipping insurance fees are non-refundable.

5.3 Ownership & Risk Transfer

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser only when the carrier records the shipment as delivered to the address provided by the customer.

5.4 Carrier Delay Disclaimer

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

6. Refund and Return Policy

6.1 Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

Unopened and sealed Products may be returned for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

Opened Products may be eligible only if:

  • Clear documentation is provided showing potential defects.

  • The issue is reported within 5 days of opening.

6.2 How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If the Product is confirmed defective, return shipping costs will be covered by Neurovia LLC.

6.3 Processing Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

6.4 Exceptions and Conditions

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for Products damaged due to improper handling, mixing, storage, attempted use, or deviation from proper laboratory procedures after delivery.

The Company reserves the right to deny any return or refund request where there is evidence of tampering, attempted use, or product degradation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, and product descriptions, is the property of Neurovia LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.
